 I have written 4 easy-to-prepare recipes below. If you like to look at recipes or if you don't know what to cook, I suggest you look at these recipes. Especially those on a diet or vegetarians can eat these dishes. You can also eat these recipes by changing them according to your taste. Date Balls

This is a very easy recipe to prepare. Those who are on a diet can also eat it, as there is no sugar in it.

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of dates
  • 4 figs
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 1 cup walnuts

 

Step 1: Soak dates and figs in water for half an hour to soften, crumble walnuts with a rondo.

Step 2: Then chop the dates and figs into small pieces, add cocoa, crumble them through the rondo, combine them with walnuts, and crumble with rondo again.

Step 3: Then roll the mixture and dip it in the coconut and freeze it. You can melt chocolate on it if you want. It is ready!

 

Zucchini Potatoes with Olive Oil

This dish is such an easy dish that it is easy to make and you can have it both hot and cold.  It is also suitable for dieters and vegetarians. Before eating, you can add cheddar or yogurt to your taste.

Ingredients

  •  2 potatoes
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt, black pepper, chili pepper, mint

 

Step 1: Chop 2 potatoes and put them in the pan. Then we chop 2 zucchini and put it on the potatoes. We cut our 2 peppers in half and put them on top. Then we add our garlics.

Step 2: After pouring a little oil, salt, pepper, chili pepper and mint, we close the lid of our pan and cook it on low heat. Bon Appetit!

 

Potato Balls

Ingredients

  • 3-4 potatoes
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • chili pepper
  • parsley, mint, dill

 

Step 1: Peel and slice the potatoes. Then boil it in water and then mash the potatoes.

Step 2: After adding the spices, chop the greens into small pieces and add them to the potatoes.

Step 3: Then roll the potatoes into balls. If you want, you can also pour butter and chili pepper on it at the end. 

 

BONUS: Souffle!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon of oat flour
  • 1 banana
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or butter
  • 1 pack of dark chocolate

 

Step 1: Separate the yolk from the white of the egg. Froth your white. Add vanilla, banana, cocoa and oat flour to the yolk and mix.

Step 2: Next, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil or butter. Add the melted chocolate to the mixture you made with the egg yolk and mix. Beat with a blender to make it more fluid.

Step 3: Then add the egg white and mix gently so that the souffle rises. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
